  1. You can prune certain IP addresses in the system by going to the ACP -> in the quick search, type "ip address" -> both "Posting" and "Profile" pages have the ability to prune these according to a timeline. However, IP address collecting as a whole is unable to be deactivated at this time.
  2. Please be advised I have tagged this to a developer to review. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  3. Are you using Pages related blocks on these pages where you're seeing the service worker?
  4. You're very welcome. Glad to hear you found the answer you were looking for 🙂 .
  5. Thank you for your persistence, investigation, and detail on the issue. I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  7. Please be advised I have tagged a developer for you to see if any further insight can be had here. Please note that server support is outside our scope of support, however.
  8. Please make any feature improvement suggestions in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation. This way it will not get lost in your support request.
  9. There is not. Other than making sure the files/folders are owned by the correct group/user. Depending on your server, this could cause permission issues.
  10. Are you using Varnish or something else that sits in front of your server? Permissions, as in file permissions? It shouldn't be but please ensure those are correct and that mod_security is not being triggered.
  11. I have marked this to a developer for further review as something does not seem correct here. Some will be with you as soon as they can.
  12. I would suggest typing them in then inserting the player beneath it to accomplish this at the moment. There would be no method in the core software at this time. You're welcome to provide your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation for a future release.
  13. Please be advised I have marked this to a dev to review.
  14. Please disable CloudFlare completely and contact your hosting provider or server administrator to see if there is any further caching. This is not related to just this setting but all settings so something is heavily imposing caching.
  15. You likely would not be able to post any images which come from PNG as the software is being passed a PNG image.
  16. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use PHP code in the advertisement module. The HTML code will not process it or template code. You could utilize a Pages custom block to execute PHP code but it would not be a part of the advertisement module.
  17. Correct. Only the audio player would show currently.
  18. When an MP3 file is uploaded, we would provide the MP3 player to play the audio in the browser. What is displayed is your browser's audio player there.
  19. This likely is related to the program which you are copying the image from placing the image as a PNG in the clipboard and then our software is simply utilizing what it is provided. Testing this myself, I am getting a JPG when copying a JPG.
  20. Using a third-party RSS validator service from W3C, I am getting that the RSS feed is valid and can be reached via the URL: https://www.myfootballforum.com/discover/6.xml/?member=1&key=9a783e63e135824f6f1c1c656290cbca This sounds like an issue with the RSS reader either interrupting the URL/query string correctly or unable to access your community.
  21. Please ensure that you do not have any other caching on your server and check your System Log in ACP -> Support for any errors. If there are errors related to you saving this field, please check at the bottom if any third party applications/plugins are causing any issues. If they are not, please ensure our account in the Client Area Access Details area has access to your community and FTP access details are updated.
  22. Please note I have moved this to the feature suggestion forum for you.
  23. Sorry, this currently is not a feature. However, you can allow guests to use the Contact Us form and have that delivered to a support department.
  24. This would require use of the Database system rather than making a static page. You would want to read the guide I posted above. Here is a walk-through of a simple tutorial of using a Database to create a "recipe section" as an example:
  25. If that is your goal, you can do that easily as mentioned with just grabbing the URL you require and putting it in your content.
