  1. I'm afraid, this would have completely removed your custom templates. The only way to restore it would be to restore you community to a previous backup but you would lose any content/data/etc... made after the backup was taken. As you're on Cloud, we can do this, please let us know if you would like to continue and we can move this to a ticket to proceed.
  2. Glad to hear you were able to get rolling! Weird that PHP 8.1 is causing the issue. Keep an eye for any feedback in your ticket as it looks like it's still under review 🙂 .
  3. It could indeed be that as it has security built in.
  4. While I understand what you're saying there, I'm afraid, you would need to be working with your plugin authors if you are worried about minor upgrades causing issues. The alternative, is simplifying your community as much as possible to the core so you do not have issues upgrading. Upgrading to the latest release when you're having an issue is required for us to provide support on that issue. Otherwise, we may be chasing our tail when a piece of the puzzle may be round in that release but square in another, so-to-speak.
  5. If you're receiving a 403 error with this. Something is wrong with the server and blocking this functionality then.
  6. My first recommendation is upgrading to the latest release. You are currently 2 behind so if you're encountering issues, that is the best first action. The next is, if you have an email filter we can test sending to, we can certainly look at if there is an issue.
  7. Please switch to an unmodified theme and also disable all third party applications/plugins. This is likely causing the issue here.
  8. Unfortunately, this is a PHP 8 compatibility issue somewhere with custom code. Somewhere whether it is out of date core template or otherwise. The only way for you to fix it would be to find it and revert the template or resolve the error.
  9. No. The license key would not cause this issue. This is a server configuration issue.
  10. You'll want to contact your hosting provider for assistance with the sessions error 🙂 .
  11. We would need just the error for this issue. None of those are related
  12. Sorry, server management is outside our scope of support. You will need to find where PHP and your web server are storing logs or if they are disabled.
  13. As mentioned, you would need to contact your hosting provider for assistance if it is not generating logs here. Your hosting provider may need to modify your server configuration if they have certain items disabled or they may have it logging elsewhere. However, this would be up to yourself to find the corresponding error log which conveys the error you're encountering.
  14. Please contact your hosting provider, unfortunately, a 500 Internal Server Error that you're encountering would need to be made available in a server error log and we would require that to continue assisting you.
  15. You're receiving a 500 Internal Server Error. That error is very much like the check engine light of your car. It says something is wrong but not what or where. You would need to grab the Server Error log entry for this error and post that here. If you are unsure how to perform that, please contact your hosting provider.
  16. Yes, these have been tested on the versions which are listed on our website. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can review
  17. Do you have split payments enabled by chance in ACP -> Commerce -> Payments -> Settings -> Checkout tab -> Allow split payments? Otherwise, we will need to know the invoice number and access to your community's ACP to investigate further.
  18. I have transferred this to a ticket so we can better investigate this for you.
  19. Unfortunately, this is not something which I could reproduce myself with that version of Firefox. I would advise having the user disable any extensions/plugins they have installed on the browser and trying again. Is this something you or someone else is also able to reproduce?
  20. There are 2 types of categories in blogs. Categories at the parent level which are admin defined and users place their blogs in and then there are also categories which the blog owner can define and place their blog entries in. Categories which users place their entries in cannot be admin defined at this time. If you wish for this to be in the future, please add your suggestion to our Feedback forum.
  21. This may be something you've already checked but is that table present and available? (i.e. not crashed, corrupted, etc...)
  22. As you are Cloud, I have moved this to a ticket so we can discuss your options.
  23. I have resolved this via your accounts ticket 🙂 .
  24. You can see what our converters can do with XF here: https://invisioncommunity.com/services/convert/ There are quite a few customers who have converted so they can speak out on their personal experiences. We're here for any issues which you may encounter 🙂 . If you are looking to go with our Cloud platform, you can reach out to our sales team for information on how we process conversions for you. If you are going self-hosted, you can see some basic instructions in our guides: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/getting-started/migrating-from-another-platform/installing-the-converters-r209/ Themes have a great deal of customization available. From simply uploading an image for a logo or customizing it all to your liking via CSS or PHTML. For more info, you can read here: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/getting-started-with-themes_324/introduction-to-themes-r108/ A completely custom footer (like ours here) would require theme customization. However, basic customization like adding copyright and some other small settings is configured in the core software.
  25. Pending what Randy mentioned with clearing cache, is this a new test instance (or, not to sound demeaning, at least one you haven't double checked the storage configuration of)? In my haste before setting up a new test instance, my storage configurations have been set to the same as my production and it cause conflicts so ensuring the two are separate are a good troubleshooting step.
