  1. You would be best to simply change your email address on file to an email other than the one used with DNS. We can however get those DNS entries created for you if you submit a support request with those on. There are no other options for support at present
  2. As mentioned above, you would need to check the pages that are being reported and validate accordingly

  4. We are unfortunately unable to assist with upgrades from the 3.x platform, as we have no provided support for that item for a long long time now. However with this, the reality is its something you need to contact your hosting company on anyway. The folder is unable to be written to by our system, which is an issue on your hosting. I can certainly move this to our community support for you, as others may have come across similar issues when upgrading from 3.x., but it does look to be hosting there.
  5. There is no way in which to do this using the stock features of the platform. However if you take a look in the marketplace, you may well find something there which is suitable for your purposes. I believe there is one names Wordpress SSO that does this. You would however need to check with the author to make sure it suits your need
  6. Im not sure I understand the question there. You would be reimporting a new download of your data. You need to ensure its exported and imported using the same character set
  7. I'm not sure that really answers my colleagues question there. While I understand what you are doing, that will not change how many tasks there are from 4.4 to 4.6. What we are unsure of is if you have other conversion tasks outside of that upgrade process.

  15. We have some issues we are looking at currently, which it looks like this may be related to. Please upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  16. As mentioned in the response, this can take longer. Due to the advanced nature of your request, please note that it may take longer than usual to fully address your concern. Please also note that advanced support is only available Monday through Friday.

  19. Im not sure where you have sent several requests. I can see that you have created 1 support request, and that was responded to this morning with how to reset the password. If you are having issues with that, you need to respond to the ticket stating this so that we can assist further
  20. You can remove the ID for specific pages if you wanted to do that, but you cannot remove them for pages in general. For example, if you wanted to add a FURL without an ID to a specific topic you would be able to do that, but you cant automatically make one for every topic that is created. This is because the ID is required to identify that item. With regard variables, you wil be able to see the variables that are being used by the current furls as an example of what can be used. So for example if you edit the one for the forum links, you will see forum/{#id}-{?} The ? is always the position of variable that do not appear in the real URL. In this case the forum name, but it could be the topic name in a topic link for example. The #id of course is the ID. There is no list available as such

  25. You would need to check your own code if you are using custom format code. If this is happening when using one of the selectable formats, of course we can take a look at that
