  1. Test this on a default unaltered theme, and also with all 3rd party items disabled. If that is then working, you need to enable one at a time until you find the cause
  2. Glad to hear thats sorted 🙂
  3. There isnt a way to do this within the core platform unfortunately. However I would ask what you are trying to achieve there? If its just a way to get information to your users, have you thought of just using an alert for this?
  4. All good. Glad you have what you need 🙂

Glad you are sorted in any case 🙂
  6. I have converted this to a ticket for you.
  7. Marc replied to Lara Jarrett1's post in a topic in Technical Problems
It seems you havent actually done that, unfortunately.
  8. Ive been doing some testing on the latest beta and Im unable to replicate this at all currently. Please test this once that is released and let us know if you see the same
  9. Could I ask why you wouldnt want to approve the post when there is an image?
  10. Marc replied to ToeJam's post in a topic in Technical Problems
You would need to let them know that is what is being reported by phpinfo, which is what we use to get this
  11. I would suggest awaiting the next full release in that case. The gallery has been changed quite a lot
  12. Have you checked to see if you have anything showing in your system logs? You can find these in Support, in the top right of your admin CP

Please let us know the user you are logged in as when you are trying to test this, and we can then take a look for you.
  14. Please update all access details in your client area for your live site. We can then resolve the issue and get it installed on there for you. However you would need to ensure you are upgraded to the latest release first of all
  15. I have to admit, I would have also made the assumption this is probably not what you need here. However, what you have asked for is here
  16. For anything large scale, you would really need a designer or developer to make customisation in that area. In order to confirm for sure, more information would be needed as to what customisation you are looking to make. With regard the contents of clubs, those are already included in search
  17. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  18. You dont seem to have added which activity stream you are referring to. If you can give me both the name of the stream, plus the user you are logged in as when you are testing this, we can get it looked into for you
  19. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need 🙂
  20. If you are referring to reels, then not currently unfortunately. We have an open bug report for this, but facebook are making in increasingly difficult to integrate with
  21. You cant do this by content, but you can do this by group. So if you edit any group, you will see on the Content tab, under the Editing section, there is an "Edit time restriction" setting, which I believe is what you are looking for
  22. I have tagged our developers for you on this, who are better placed to be able to provide more information on this.
  23. On pages database entries, you need to go to the fields and make sure you can see "Publish date". It then works from the same setting in the moderator area that was mentioned above. Blog entries also work of that setting. You can see it then at the bottom when you submit an entry
  24. As mentioned above by Adriano, it wasnt actually present at all before the latest release. If you are indeed referring to forums, you may have been using a 3rd party application for this
  25. tmp is a temp directory used on your hosting for temporariy storage of information while its doing something with it. When this ends up full, it can cause issues. If you are unsure on where that is and how to increase its storage, you would need to contact your hosting company.
