Hi @Randy Calvert I am thinking how feasible create a club for a student case, the business is so many students, let say 500 students, that mean 500 clubs, each club contain topics and features only for one student and their parents. My question is, creating so many clubs (in this case 500 to 1000 and more) for this use case work or not? Technically no problem handle it in term of IPS platform view?

is different, club is something complicated and need handle by admin or moderatosr....What I am talking about is just sign in, START TOPIC, and just share that topic with specific members....so clear and directly... by now we sign in, START TOPIC, but that topic is location still have to post in places handled and moderated by admins or moderators....and it is public privacy....my suggetion is about START TOPIC and managed by me, just share it with members what I want to share...

The problem of PM is, their location of funtionality design is a little hidden, normally are users who so involved use it. You can see that only will be discovered inside of the user menu (Specially from mobile view) My suggestion just go to offer a so clear communication ability from FLAT....you register in my forum, when you use START TOPIC , you just can go with that private topics with your friends, or just casual topic that you want to talk with some members. START TOPIC is the engagement point in whole IPS environment. PM not, at least in this moment...maybe if IPS want to bring PM functionality more front, then it will be replace what I am suggesting

Just simple for users registered in our forum, naturally they just create private discussion with their friend, family or customers. An ability just @ members who can see and reply in the topic creation.

1. Please don´t forget the Guardian role or parent. We need ability to assign Guardian members (or parents) who can monitoring how is going the student, their activities, scores lessons etc. 2. And inside of student profile need a topics secction where teacher infor or share about the students progress, is there where Guardian members can handle a collaboration job with teachers staff related the student monitored. Teachers staff and Guardian members can open a topic. This is a section only for teacher staff and Guardian members. 3. Section of topics (or channel) for students with Teachers staff and Guardian. 4. Student profile should be contains permission to enable or disable differents modules which will be can see publicly. (example, scores, exam result, trophies, good evaluation from teachers etc.)

Please consider integrate check list 📃 functionality. In each item can assign who or which group mark it as done. Example, I create a check list of 5 items, each item can be marked done by specific members. Set each item send alert automatically by hours, days, weeks, month, years or custom, to that member, so that member will alert to review if that item ready to be marked as done or not. If that item has been marked as done, stop sending alert, but there show a message say: x member has x item mark as done, Something like the message of a post modified.

I found inconvenient current club member removal rule. By now after remove a member, member lost opportunity to see the Join button to ask for joining again. In case remove accidentally, or by whatever reason demand leader take action to invite, then respond by member. Please consider adding 2 options to remove a member: Option 1, No opportunity to ask for join again. (this is for case of member so bad, and that club don't want more that member) Option 2, Remove members but leave Join button available. (this is case of warning by x reason, hope member wake up and return to club again)

From mobile perspective that is the problem. specially for new users, so many time they into that elements accidentally instead the topic content, then they feel lost, obviously that cause extra questions and customer service...users finally get bad impression: ''not mobile friendly'' as they use apps normally. Waiting for this improvement in this mobile age.

Hi, I would like suggest re-structure how different elements show on the page, a example below screenshot, all the mobile screen only get 2 titles readable and nothing of content , the moderators tool and differents elements occupied with so many space between them... It is from admin view, really it need some retouch of elements positions re-structure

I understand your point, but it just is a marketing strategy, in some some point of time offer special deal to news customers, they would not loss money with that deals, they need some quantity of customers who receive good offers, but at the same time these customers will be a group of people to help them propagate their products and talk good of they product, it just like a cost in the marketing ads, because will not all time and alll customers receive that offer.

Hi, I have a club member deleted, now the Join button don't show more for that member... Why member don't have change to request again Join to club? 🤔 It only appear message as "You have been deleted".

Thanks @TAMAN I have the club subtitle hidden. Another css solution I would like apply for is the hide the Feature title (forum title) below of the tab menu, it is exactly name duplicated and space used occupy with no sense. Is possible hide the title and only leave the description area?
