This could be easily fixed by editing enhanceduserinfopanel->front->topic->enhanceduserInfoPanelMobile template. Line 19 should be changed from:
<ul class='ipsList_reset ipsType_light ipsPad_half ipsResponsive_hideDesktop'> to:
<ul class='ipsList_reset ipsType_light ipsPad_half ipsResponsive_showPhone'> I hope that @Adriano Faria will fix this glitch in next release.

There is a problem after upgrading to IPS 4.6. With plugin enabled user badge is always shown regardless of the forum settings.
