In a follow-up response from IPS support, they clearly pointed the issue back to the template.

The error has been replicated, and happens each time the user comments on a page.

Regarding the issue of an Admin being able to change the "author" of the posting, if you'll commit to adding this as enhancement, I'll go ahead and purchase it and try to get this set up and implemented over the holidays.

The reason this is so important is to make sure the video creator is not only getting "credit" for producing the video, showing on their profile, but also so that they (if members) are automatically brought into any discussions, comments, reviews, etc. 

Pre-sales question:  Can the admin change the name of who posted the video, similar to how you can change the name on an Article or Pages record?  

One of our members has a sizeable YouTube channel, and I'd like to at least "seed" the categories after installation - but I want to give him credit for the videos... He's given blanket permission to share them, but I'd like to get the process started.

I'll look into that if I hear a lot more complaints/questions.  I just recall that some applications have a tab in settings that allows you easily tweak things, or they use a default value unless you specify otherwise...

That's why I suggested "down the road" -- now we're focusing on higher priority functionality and features.

Can I make a language change apply to your application only?  I haven't experimented.  For example, I don't want to change "complete" throughout the suite...

Yes, after I initially posted that, I realized that I could change the language for the entire suite, but I was thinking for this application only. So I edited it..

Suggestion for down the road -- the ability to easily change the wording for "complete" and "advert" to some other term for displays purposes. Something easier than a whole language change.

 This happens only in mobile view (both phone and tablet) not in desktop view.   Where can I change this setting?  I'm using a logo image that is 73px high in the header, and I've set the Header height to 75px.  This does not eliminate that huge blank space between the header logo image and the body of the content (or the adsense ad)  in the mobile view,.     

Another issue, with mobile skin. When I inject an Adsense responsive as below the header, it leaves a huge empty space between the header and the ad. Is this where your slider would normally be, if I set it to active?

 I've purchased the application and am trying to use two different user lists, as follows:

a. All registered users, visible to all signed-in users, with limited profile info
b. Premium members, visible only to premium members, with more detailed profile info

1. How do I link to these two separate lists?  I've created two menu options (using CJ Menu by defining this app as the method)  with the second option only visible to Premium Members.  Only one of the lists shows up in CJ  Menu But, it will only display whichever list is set as the default, and there's no way to get a URL for the specific list, in order to link them on the menu as internal links.

2. One of the lists will display the selected additional fields in the member's profile, while the other one will not -- it only shows some of them.  I've verified that the permissions are set correctly on these additional fields, and have verified that I have them selected on the settings for the List, but they still do not appear....

After upgrading the theme to the latest version, the CJ Menu is screwed up when viewed in Internet Explorer (see below).  It works fine in MS Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

The problem is that someone posts a topic without an image, and the forum icon reverts to the ugly "No Image".  It would be nice if it stayed the last one until a new post with an image is posted in the forum.

Is there any way to "lock" the forum icons?  They keep disappearing or changing.  I've reset a couple of forum icons multiple times,using different methods as admin, and they keep disappearing.

I have a couple of "pre-sales" questions, having looked at your demo site.

1.  Can it output long lists (such as 25 per page) with pagination?  I have about 6500 users, and the grid/avatar format simply doesn't work for that many.

2.  In addition to searching by Member Group, can it limit access to specific member groups?  For example, I don't want Guests to be able to use it at all.  I want only Premium Members to see a list of all Premium Members, etc.

Just installed this, and am loving it so far.  Really improved the look of my forums.  One question -- where/how does a user turn off the toggle to see the thumbnails?

I'd love to see something like this for Pages database, where I could upload or identify a thumbnail for each record, then that would be be displayed on record lists, feeds. etc. There is a Record Image available, but it of limited use unless you write unique code -- and it is automatically inserted into the record Display, whether you want it or not......

The share of a News entry to Facebook is very disappointing.  I'm not sure how much of this is inherent to IPS 1.4.16.1 and how much is under your control. Note that I am using Taman's Magnum theme, should that have anything to do with it.

Here's what the dialogue looks like when I click the FB icon to share the latest news entry:

Note that it does not show any attached/associated picture at all.  Note also that it pulls in the copyright text from the page footer (perhaps from the Magnum theme), instead of pulling in any information from the actual news entry itself.

Here's what it looks like on Facebook, where it pulls in a cropped part of the site's logo image...

Bottom line is that this functionality is essentially useless to share News to Facebook -- since it includes neither text nor pictures that encourage anyone to click it...

I'm posting this here instead of in your Bug Tracker, because I'm unsure how much of this is under your control.  It is meaningful product feedback for you, if nothing else...

Posted it there.  It's hard to remember how each vendor in the Marketplace supports their products, since it varies widely.

Not a bug, but an enhancement request.  The Adverts feed does not react well on desktops/laptops when you unpin the browser and the screen display is smaller.  The text description elongates and goes down the screen.  Perhaps the description should be placed underneath the picture and truncated as needed.  Compare how it reacts to an IPS Gallery Feed that is set to display 5 items.  The IPS Gallery feed has the text below the picture and truncates to show only four items.

I am most definitely interested.  Would you please make sure that you mention this in your release notes, so I know when to purchase. 

Couple pre-sales questions:

1. Is it compatible with CJ Menu or other add-on menu? My site will need more menu levels than the default IPS menu really supports.

2. Is it thoroughly tested with all browsers? I paid for a custom theme only to find issues with Opera and that theme developer has yet to respond.
