  1. I have 3 subscription tiers: Bronze - $10/yr Silver - $20/yr Gold - $5/mo Some of my members want to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, however there is no Upgrade Button for them. Silver and Gold subscribers have that button to upgrade/downgrade. But for some strange reason, the Bronze level doesn't have that option. I don't remember it being a problem before I upgraded to Version 4.6.8. I used to open support tickets in the ACP, but that seems to direct me here. So I'm not sure what you need from me to make your assistance easier. Thanks!
  2. Hi All. Hopefully this is a simple fix or a missed setting that I'm not seeing. When a member buys a file, and they go back to the file page and it shows 2 buttons "Download This file" and a "Buy Now" button (screenshot below). But since they bought it once, I don't want them to buy it again. Is there a setting that I'm missing that hides the "Buy Now" button once the file has been purchased? It has caused a lot of confusion with my members, several of which have bought the file several times. I've reset my theme just in case there was something altered, but the problem remains. I'm on v4.4.9.1. Thanks for the help.
  3. I'm having trouble on my forum where ajax queries seem to be hanging (posting, editing, or going to first unread post, etc.). The problem disappears once I toggle off the Trophies & Medals app. I notice on my background tasks, the trophies is almost always running, so maybe that's interfering a bit? At any rate, I was looking at the app settings and I see this option (below). How does the app behave if I switch it off? Does it give the trophy when the condition is triggered instead of a background audit? I'm not sure what is considered a big board. I have a bit over 13k user accounts. Thanks for your help.
  4. I've been out for the last few days, but he's currently looking into it. I'm trying to get him the proper access so he can look under the hood. I still have my plugin running. It is no longer running multiple instances of "Updating Trophies," but it's constantly running in the background. I'd expect it to run once, then only trigger when a particular member earned a trophy or medal instead of constantly scouring the user database. The strange error message still seems to be isolated to a single member (or I haven't found any others yet). It shows up strange on his bit box and I can't access his member profile without an error. But since it's isolated to one person, I'm keeping the plugin running for diagnostic purposes. I look forward to hearing a solution. I really like the app and my members really appreciate it. But if it causes undue stress on the server or errors on member profiles, there's not much I can do other than uninstall. ?
  5. I sent you a PM. I looked at the dashboard and there's only one background process going. I have been watching it for a bit. When it completed, a few minutes later, it started again. Thanks for looking!
  6. I just updated to 4.3.1. I'm still getting multiple background processes. Is this normal? I'm also getting an error. It seems to be isolated to a single member (maybe more, but his is the one I'm seeing right now). He gets this strange info in his postbit.   7. We have about 17000 members. Around 60 or so trophies. Thanks!
  8. Any thoughts? After I disabled the app and waited for the background processes to clear out, I started it up again and the background queue is piling up again. I'm at 9 as of now.
  9. As of this AM, there are 82 of these processes. I think I only have maybe 60 trophies, so I think something is going wrong. I disabled the application and waited for the background processes to clear out and then reactivated the application. We'll see if that works. How many of these instances should show up in the Background Processes?
  10. Hi. I logged into my dashboard and I see around 68 of these background processes. I noticed it yesterday morning and has been going on for at least 24 hours. If I refresh, some of the percentages change, so there is some movement. Is each of these for each trophy? Or should there be only 1? How long should it take? I'm not sure if it's stuck in a loop. Between yesterday and today, it added 8 more processes. It seems to be chewing up my CPU load on my server.
  11. Where do I find the criteria checker? I created a trophy as shown. When I clicked save, it started going through my database and awarding everybody the trophy.
  12. I created a trophy where if a user uploaded an avatar, they get a trophy (Face To A Name). However, it seems like everybody is getting the trophy, even if they don't have an avatar. Is there a different setting I'm missing? I had to delete the Trophy before it goes through my entire user database.
  13. Hi. I just purchased this. I created a medal and awarded it as a test. The medal shows up on the User's Profile Page, but not in the postbit. Did I miss a step?
