If we have a cloud account - and wish to move - can we get a backup easily ? If so how is this done ? ftp ? file share ? And also as it looks like all images and such like are on amazon s3 rather than in the dB - how do we get these in the backup ? ie a full backup of everything ?

@Marc Stridgen I have a DB with 4 categories - I read it as I need to change it to 1 category as otherwise will loose the data in the other 3 - I reread it a few times and after the above posts realised it should be ignored unless I want to delete categories - it just isn't that clear as to a warning and where it is perhaps INFO and perhaps under the NO box tabbed right to its clear this is for if you disable the categories and have more than 1 - or perhaps get rid altogether and if you press the no to not use categories then you get a pop up warning if you have more than 1 category If you get my drift

Thankyou gents - it was confusing - perhaps IPS should update the text to make the warning clear what it really means.....

Use the Default IPS theme - or create a new one and see if it all works - if your using a modified theme or a custom theme the design may need updating

@Westfield Sports Car Club Just get a new server (dedicated or vps whatever you require) set up a new OS and all the bits and bobs (mariadb, firewalls and mail etc) and install IPS and migrate the DB over - and then alter the DNS for the new IP address - Done this a good few times now and its relatively painless...... with little downtime....... Or move to IPS hosting and all your server headaches will go away - we did this on one of our forums and its been very good....

Have you tried using ImageMagick instead of GD ?

Your site front end looks to be Wordpress - have you got a Wordpress firewall plugin installed ???

@Warren McPherson Do other users all get the same ? Or is this specific to yourself ? At a guess I would say its your IP address blocked by the firewall

Ok let me know, after you posted I tried again and it was having none of it - same error Yet on another forum online I own I could log in and out of the market place so I went back to the offline forum and put it online and then logged in no errors So was just thinking that was possibly why

But I think I have worked it out - If the community is OFFLINE then I get the error - As soon as I put the community Line I can log into the market place Is this a bug as I would have thought I should be able to login to the market place in the ACP even if I have the community offline

Perhaps you could explain this bit a little better ? For example if you have a folder And put a link in a post The image should show in the post, so if thats the case and yours isn't showing then something must be setup wrong...
