Yes, we have changed ownership. So the best thing is to buy a new licence then? All should be sorted then with a new license code? How to proceed without interruption, as we are moving server as we speak. I seem not be able to purchase a new license with my current login. And we would like to keep the branding removal and the existing months (expiring in Oct/Now)?

The test install on previous owners subdomain site hasn't existed for months! So Today we uploaded the software there again, trying to remove it in client area - still it shows up as a test url and i can't remove it. Please advise as we can't test on new hosting url. What to do now? Remove it from the old test subdomain again? Remove the test subdomain again completely?

We are in the middle of a server move, and database is huge and asset storage is huge. @Marc Stridgen we are in trouble, as we only have read access to former owner's server, so can't fiddle too much on old server, and we are getting this error. Possible to get a temporary license code while moving as it would be so much easier for us?

We are moving server for our self hosted and have removed previous test installation. Now we can not remove that test installation from Client area as it says it exists, but it is deleted and does not exist. Please advise.

You need to use a subdomain for S3. If you are using a subdomain now for pics, then it's easy to point to S3 instead. If not, you have to do 301 redirects of all your pics.

When viewing members in ACP the Google location map shows up for half a second, then comes this error. Running latest forum version, it has previously worked well. Bug?

After upgrade to latest version the Group Promotion rules are acting strange. Never happened before. It downgrades an Admin to Member automatically (see screenshot). Bug or unwanted feature? (site creds in Invision Client area).

What are the risks if connecting both a live forum and a developer testforum to the same database? Same invision software version. I have a huge forum database, so it would be easiest to connect both to same database. If not advisable, please explain why? Thanks in advance!

After an upgrade to 4.7.15 i need an original forum template as the upgrade didn't provide me with a new one and the old original template was deleted. Where can i download a new original unmodified forum template?

Nothing in email logs, we have fixed some chmod issues a few days ago. No errors comes up in MySQL section in ACP All plugins and Applications removed when tested. But… still a distaster on our high traffic forum. We need someone urgently to do a checkup and fix this for us. Our tech guy are not used to invision software, unfortunately. Anyone has time for a paid freelance job for us? Can Invision support help us?

Using Sendgrid. Where do I change those notification settings? And what settings do you recommend?
