Uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't work Id contact your host as it should not be executing in a period that long.
There is no need to edit the database. Just run the Support Tool (ACP -> System -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly) and it will clear your cache.
It'll reset in accordance with your Block Cache settings once the member reputation has been reset. Faster way to clean the cache would be to run the Support Tool
Please make sure the path to your API files on your server is correct and your setting under "List Info" such as your List ID and Forum Username merge tag is correct. Please PM if it's not working after that
