  2. Renewals will still be issued as the files are available for download, I always suggest asking questions before paying any renewal if you are unsure. Please PM me and we can get you hooked up with the new version seeing as you paid the renewal for the old.
  3. The below application will work with 4.2/4.3 and is the only one to be used moving forward. All other versions have been dropped from support.
  4. 4.2 file will work for 3.2. Always use latest
  5. No update is required for 4.3.
  6. Sorry, the November update was only pricing for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. You can inspect the version and release notes for information on changed items or fixed bugs.
  7. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this issue. This application does not touch profile photos or profiles so likely this is just coincidence and is actually related to another application. I would need to see this first-hand to assist.
  8. Please ensure you're utilizing the application, not the plugin. If you're utilizing a plugin it is a very old version of the add-on which may cause issues. This is the version you should be utilizing for 4.2:

  10. All, I've looked at a few cases of this reported and individuals were using the wrong version. Please ensure if you're on 4.2 that you're using the file called "[JIMMO] User Join Date in Post - USE ME IF YOURE ON 4.2". After uploading the file and looking at the plugin details you should see that the plugin version is 4.0.0. If you see any other version than that you uploaded the wrong file and will need to download that file from the Marketplace. Thanks.

  12. Please ensure you install the version marked for 4.2. Please also ensure your theme is updated for 4.2 as it will not work on a 4.1 theme.
  13. It is on the list. First is fixing my add-ons that have been broken by the upgrades. This can be done already. It is just a language string and be edited in ACP -> Customization -> Languages.

  15. Check your System Errors in the ACP -> System -> Support
  16. Please follow Step 2 of the instructions. The label is Display Name but you need use the List ID.
  17. Make sure that your API Key and List ID are correct. If they are check to ensure that you're hitting the MailChimp account via the API by going to MailChimp -> Account -> Extra -> Api then scroll down to Historical API calls by day to verify.

  19. Currently, this is one way from IPS to MailChimp. As previously our users that are using the app would not be using the IPS Bulk Mail feature. Though there might be some value in keeping them sync'd mutually. We'll look into it. Thanks for the suggestion!
  20. Subscriber status is checked on each save of the member settings. If the user unsubscribes they will be deleted from the MailChimp list.
  21. This app will sync to a "List" which then you can send multiple emails to and segment on. How it will work is you will want to sync that profile field then segment your list on that profile field in MailChimp for your particular mailing.
  22. 4.2 PRO is available now. It is a bit of a re-do and is an application instead of a plugin due to some changes I made to make it more efficient plus some changes in 4.2 that did not allow me to utilize the plugin as effectively. There are more things coming in the not too distant future like a background task to sync the whole member list.
