  1. Hi, We have just installed this and configuring it. We notice though on the landing page it has an image showing to the right of the page. Please see screenshot below
  2. I can see the option to hide on mobile on the new IPS widgets but not on your custom widget plugin. Is that something that you can add to your plugin in a future release? Thanks

  4. Could it be possible then please to update the text to say club created on: instead Our index page is showing dates from july last year (circled in red) which is why my member is complaining.   5. Hi, Regarding the clubs section, is it possible to have the date showing the date of the latest club update rather than the club creation date? It gives the appearance there has not been a lot of activity and one of my members has queried this. If not, how could we hide the date completely? Thanks

  8. Hi, Since upgrading everything to the latest versions I have lost our advert at the very top of the websites above the site logo This is the code we in the custom css and positioning had that worked before - any ideas? .ta_headerContainer

Hi, We have just completed upgrading everything to the latest version We have just spotted an issue and it looks theme related because if you switch to the IPS default theme everything is displayed correctly But with this theme all of the entries disappear in the company directory app, IE https://www.walkingfootball.com/directory/category/1-walking-football-sessions/

  12. Perhaps we should have made the two issues clearer or posted two separate entries. That is our fault. The issue we had after your heads up had nothing to do with adding records. That issue was fixed following your heads up. The new issue we encountered was the page which had the superblocks on it was not showing / displaying the super blocks correctly on the page.
  13. I posted a thank you (as per above) saying we had resolved that issue. This was a completely separate new issue which I was bringing to your attention. We honestly have no reason to lie.

Hi, I absolutely understand that 100% We got supergrid working fine and performed the upgrade fine apart from that rogue template showing up in the list as I reported in the other support topic. I was referring to a completely new separate issue. I am referring specifically to Supeblocks - even though you stated it does not need the templates updated it would not display correctly on our website when we followed the instructions and just updated the plugin. We decided to remove all of the templates and start from scratch. Only then after deleting all templates and reinstalling them did it work fine. I have no idea why, I was just letting you know in case anybody else hits the same issue.
  15. Thanks for the pointer I had not done that and that issue is now resolved. One thing I noticed though getting superblocks working just now. On the upgrade notes for this release you said - " Only the settings plugin needs to be updated. No changes to the templates necessary. " However I could not get super blocks working properly until I deleted all of the old templates and reinstalled them.

Hi, We have upgraded this as per instructions 3 times now each time deleting all the templates But for some reason this template keeps appearing in the list named - M03 05 19 Supergrid Recorddisplay as well as the normal recorddisplay one. We delete that one along with the others and restart the process but M03 05 19 Supergrid Recorddisplay keeps appearing aswell Any ideas?

  19. Is the media working on the front end for users? We are keep to upgrade to 4.4 due to the reported security update it includes but still waiting for confirmation if this and duplicate member logger works or not with 4.4 or requires an update.

[11:48 AM] ico_harryp: Ultimately, I am unable to specifically confirm whether something is compliant over livechat as this will depend greatly on the context and be for you as the data controller to justify. You do not need an individuals consent simply to obtain their email address. However, you would need to consider whether you had any reason for holding it. Would this simply be to allow them to use the software product? [11:50 AM] Ian: The software only hold the email address for a period of hours (not weeks etc) in order to send out that 1 reminder email. If that person ignores and deletes the email then the software automatically removes their email from the system again after a set number of hours [11:52 AM] ico_harryp: You would need to consider your justification for this. However, if the processing of their email address would not be necessary for you to be able to offer the service that you give to individuals then it may be difficult to justify why this needed to be obtained. But, ultimately, you would need to consider if you could satisfy a lawful basis for this. If they decide they don't want the question added to the website, and they ignore the reminder email, then the system deletes it, so there is no record stored. I should have added that the email address is stored longer because the system sends out a follow up email with subject heading - "Did you forget to submit your post?". " So someone can receive that email without even filling in any registration details other than adding their email to their post which they do before hitting the registration page
