No idea why this has happened. One day my site was OK, the next Error 500.

Nothing has been done, and not much traffic. I cant access the site or the admin panel. Any ideas?

You will have same behavior in any IPS or 3rd-party that uses custom fields. 

Thats a pity. Maybe something IPS should address, because it really makes forms like this look wrong.

Can you make an update which allows for extra fields to be put in an order of preference with the existing fields? ?

At the moment it is not logical to have an additional field for the the users real name at the bottom of the form.

I have just installed this plugin, and it works fine, sending me an email almost immediately.

I wanted to add an extra field to the contact form, to be included in enquiries, so added the Field; Full Name, but I cannot find any means to sort the fields so the form remains professional looking.

So how can I move the Extra Field into the position shown? Could you add in a Template Field Page to the ACP so all fields are shown and ca be manually sorted?

No, I just changed the ipsGrid_span3 to ipsGrid_span2 as suggested. I dont understand CSS, or programming very much so follow instructions to the letter for fear of screwing something up.

Another issue I am having is adding Facebook videos. Sometimes they work and are embedded, and sometimes I get a message stating: Problem generating embed code.

Is there a way to ensure all FB videos are embedded?

With the Facebook videos that do embed, the auto thumbnail generator doesnt work either. Is there a way to enable this?

This is still not working as it should. I have tried setting ipsGrid_span3 to ipsGrid_span2, and various other combinations, but the video thumbnails still change with the Browser window size. I use a 27" iMac, so really notice this when I go fullscreen.

This is using ipsGrid_span2 at various browser window widths, using an app to measure screen width, with total screen width being 2550 pixels:

First grab 1400 pixels browser window:

Second grab 1860 pixels browser window:

Final grab at fullscreen 2550 pixels:

Not sure how to remedy this...

Yes, that is right. I have a number of categories, so would like to choose one of them as the default for what is shown when a user clicks on the Videos menu link.

Just go to your database and make sure nothing is referencing the s1_two_column_first_featured template.

I have an issue with the thumbnail width:

I can only seem to have four thumbnails in a row, and the thumbnail dimensions stretch to fill the browser page size as shown below.

This is when the browser window is in my usual reading size:

Where as this is when I narrow the browser window:

How can I set the size of the thumbnails and allow the number of thumbnails to be set by the browser page width?

Another question is, is it possible to the Videos landing page to show a set category? For example, in the screen grab above, you can see the categories available. I would like the landing page to show the videos un the "Diving Videos" category. Is this possible?

One little issue that has arisen since the upgrade though:

The wrap on the title of each facebook post is not working, so I am getting it run over into the page border instead of wrapping.

Now that it is set up and working though, I have found that it does not draw the quantity of posts in Latest Facebook Posts.

I have it set to 10, but it draws only 4 or 5. Not sure what can be done about this, and not something I am overly concerned about, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.

Yes, I tried it, but still with no luck. Facebook has many types of Apps, so I am trying to figure out which one to create.

Thanks for that, I found the Settings in the Community Area, but what sort of App is required to add?

I tried using the Facebook login AppID and AppSecret, but that does not do anything, so I expect I need to make a new Facebook app. What type of FB App is required? Can you please post a guide for this?

I have been able to download the 4.0.2 version without problem. I have also been able to install it.

Now how do I use it? I cannot find anything that tells me what I need to do to make it work. 

We have a Facebook page to go along with our forum, so it would be great to link the two so the feeds from the Facebook page can be accessed via a plugin.
