It's not a bug of this mod. Which version of IPS are you using? This app works with the new file system.

No, but you can upload your images manually, or using image from external url. This is a bug and it was fixed in 1.1.4 I confirm this bug, I will fix in the next version.

Try to run 'Get Support' to clear the badly cache. If it still doesn't work, give me ACP access so I can take a look.

Some my clients post images from IP.Gallery //....//gallery/album_59/gallery_1_59_23367.jpg So the plugin can not show images.
