If you want that all members participate and reply in a conversation, then you should perhaps create a topic. Personal (or private) message (or conversation) is meant to be... private.

DISABLE the app isn't UNINSTALL the app! Simply click in the green button inside the yellow mess I did: Then open any topic. If the error is still happening, then it's not coming from my app. So wait for the ticket and no point to keep posting in this topic, which is exclusive to support in the Tutoraisl app.,

Then it's not related to my app. To be quite frank, there was nothing in your log that pointed to my app. I just ran the tool. Your error points to Forums app template, not Tutorials app template. To make sure, go to Applications and disable Tutorials and go to any topic. If the error is still there, it isn't coming from my app. Then run the IPS4 tool in your ACP -> System tab -> Support -> Something isn't working correctly. If still insists, open a ticket in Client Area.

No, I just clicked it and it goes to the forum you chose on ACP. GET SUPPORT gives the ability to redirect to a forum where a user can create their own topic. The other button (SUPPORT TOPIC), is an automatic topic created by the app when you create the tutorial. You can use one, the other or both.

I just ran the tool Rebuild support topics text and all topics are ok now.

@RocketFoot, send a PM with ACP credentials. I'll make some tests/debug in your install. Not sure what it is without see the data, etc.

Works fine to me: All settings as default. Simply created a category, added a raffle, etc. Let me know if you want me to test it in a different set-up. I recomment also to clean the cache (support tool), if you haven't done it yet.

You can remove it from listing by editing a template. I’ll take a look in a couple of hours or so.
