Upgrade from IP. 3.4.x to IPS4.0 (updated)

So, I'm just attempting to (finally) upgrade my test environment from 3.4.9 to 4.3.4, but it fails the File Check stage of the System Check, with the following errors: I'm using MAMP, and all the files are present, and permissions seem OK. To test, I took the first file in the list above and gave read/write permissions to 'everyone', but it didn't make a difference. Either I'm not understanding the issue with the permissions, or there's something weird going on. Any ideas? Kev
