Paid Download Files, Where does the uploader declare their PayPal or Stripe information?

Hey, as the title, I can see that uploaders are able to select paid for their file uploads and can set a price, but it seems they are able to do this without ever entering their own paypal or stripe details, how does this work?

Each member (uploader) must request a payout from their client area.

 

The menu option by default is placed in Store > My Details > Account Credit. Once there they must click the Withdraw Funds button to enter their details.

By default, the only supported Payout methods are PayPal and Manual.
