Richard Arch Posted Friday at 11:06 PM Posted Friday at 11:06 PM Strange this, why do product descriptions for some members have a hashed value added after renewal? The same product renewed for most members don't...
Richard Arch Posted yesterday at 03:24 PM Author Posted yesterday at 03:24 PM Nobody? Have I posted in the wrong section, if so, can a mod move please. Thanks.
teraßyte Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago It seems like a bug (unparsed language string), but I can't be sure. The Courses application is available only on the Cloud, so only IPS developers can answer what exactly is going on with that hash.
Marc Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago We would need to take a look at that for you, however please bear in mind we are on limited support until 3rd jan due to the holidays. If you can provide more information as to the user there, we can take a look

Interesting, we have added one custom field to the product which the answer is Yes/No. But it only needs to be answered on the first purchases not on a renewal. 5 hours ago, Marc said: We would need to take a look at that for you, however please bear in mind we are on limited support until 3rd jan due to the holidays. Its has been happening since June 2023 with the most recent a few days ago. There's no urgency as its just cosmetic, I thought it was intentional and wanted to understand why. I will investigate further along the lines of that custom field to see if there is a pattern and will post the results in the coming days. Thanks.
