Washerhelp Posted December 11 Posted December 11 Hi. I have a "posts from X" widget that appears in all my sidebars. It's no longer working, so I want to remove it. I've tried for an hour to get rid of it, but can't see how it is being displayed. When I go to Page builder, it's not there. When I go to adverts/sidebar it's not there. When I go to Blocks, it's not there. But it is on my sidebars. How can I track down what is causing it to display please?
Marc Posted December 11 Posted December 11 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. Â
Washerhelp Posted Friday at 12:48 PM Author Posted Friday at 12:48 PM Thanks but I believe I just added the widget through normal Invision dashboard settings rather than anything that needs investigating. I just can't find where I could have added it.
Marc Posted Friday at 12:50 PM Posted Friday at 12:50 PM Im not able to tell you where you added it without being able to take a look 🙂Â
Washerhelp Posted Friday at 12:52 PM Author Posted Friday at 12:52 PM (edited) Aye but there can't be many places where it's possible to add anything that will show a widget in the sidebar. It's a div class=cWidgetContainer. Edited Friday at 01:00 PM by Washerhelp
Marc Posted Friday at 01:38 PM Posted Friday at 01:38 PM The only standard place would be in block manager, however you have mentioned its not within that area. It may be worth checking in your theme to see if you added it thee. Failing that, unfortunately we are unable to further assist without proper access
