Tried renaming the upgrading.html file in the upgrade folder but the site came on partially loaded (no css, broken html ) Any steps to bring it back up ? If you then still have issues, please let us know I got into the admin area, clicked the upgrade, downloaded and extracted the zip, and the process finished ok. Thank you.
