Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Martin A. Posted March 15 Posted March 15 If you go to this link, clicking page 1 in the pagination does not do anything at all. you can go to other pages, but it requires a full redirect, not a smooth content replace with javascript. Scroll down a bit before clicking, and notice how you'll end up on top of the page afterwards. https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-technical-problems/page/3/ This will only happen if the forum you view have a sub-forum. Works perfectly fine here DawPi and SeNioR- 2
Jim M Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
Apfelstrudel Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Hello Jim, is this bug really such a small problem that it will only be fixed in the next release? If basic functions of the UX for navigation are broken, I think it's important enough that it should be fixed in a patch. After all, you can't switch to other pages. This bug was the reason for me today why I didn't start the update to .16. SeNioR- 1
Stuart Silvester Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Hi @Apfelstrudel Our developers are working on this issue right now, we're still investigating the cause and then we'll be working on a solution. SeNioR- and Apfelstrudel 2
Solution Stuart Silvester Posted March 21 Solution Posted March 21 We have released a patch to address this issue. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the patch from the first/top left box. If you do not see an option to install the patch, you already have the latest release.
