Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Meris4x4 Posted February 4 Posted February 4 Hello, when creating a gallery category there is no way to set a category cover for it. It is only possible from what I discovered by creating said category. Then creating an album, uploading the cover image as a picture and set it as a category cover then HIDE the album. Way too complicated. Is there a more suitable way to achieve this? Mke Stoltz 1
Marc Posted February 5 Posted February 5 You can set the cover photo, which is what is shown there. Otherwise it will show the last image uploaded JohnCourt 1
Meris4x4 Posted February 5 Author Posted February 5 What if I don't have a category cover to exist as a picture within an album? What I believe you should do however is allow to assign in ACP when creating a category its default category image. What would sort this problem once and for all. :) JohnCourt, dmaidon1 and Mke Stoltz 2 1
Marc Posted February 5 Posted February 5 This is the only option that is available at the present time. Please feel free to post this up as a suggestion within our feedback area, if you would like to see change in the future
