i have a problem

Yes, there is an account, but I don't know the password, I don't actually know it anymore, I looked on the ips community to ask them to do it, but none of the methods worked
 

I have another account for which I know the password, but it does not have administrator status to have access to admincp

You can simply go into your database (using PHPMyAdmin or similar) and then go to the core_members table, at which time you would locate both the account you know the password of and your administrator account.

On the administrator account, find the number for member_group_id column and then update that column for the account which you know the password of. This will then make the regular user account that you know the password of an administrator. You can then edit the password of your original administrator account.
