John Horton Posted December 7, 2023 Posted December 7, 2023 Many users have contacted me that they can not log in since the migration on Monday. I can not duplicate the issues when I log in as them. Users can log in but do not have access to the forums. See screen grab below. Please advise
John Horton Posted December 7, 2023 Author Posted December 7, 2023 Users are also reporting odd things like having to manually enter their username and password every time they visit the site. I understand this sounds like a user issue but I have heard it a number of times.
Jim M Posted December 7, 2023 Posted December 7, 2023 Could you please have a user clear your browser cache and cookies for your community? If you changed domains as part of the move, there may be something messed up on their machine so resetting that may be good.
