Safe Mode not working, Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error --

This happened after switching the theme storage settings to our S3.

Our entire site is down and we can't access the admin CP to switch it back or clear system cache.

And I guess we can't create a support ticket because we're self hosted.
