Admins can post pics but member's can't

Members on my newly installed forum can't upload pics or attachments. Admins can upload. Please advise.

Are there any specific errors logged in at the System Logs pertaining to this? Does this happen to all members or only to specific ones?

Just did some quick tests and it looks like there is a 1MB / 1024KB limit currently on uploads. Where do I up that limit?

php.ini usually. Check things like 'UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE'
