Related issue - When choosing a comment I can add a forum location filter, and when choosing a reply I can't choose a location filter. For example, replies to a post can also be called a post. When you 'reply' to a file item, its actually not a reply, it's a comment (as you arent replying to anyone) Im not sure what you mean by the second item, as it depends on what item you choose.
