Pages Upload Image Block URL - Open in new tab?

I'm putting together a page using the Pages App and working with the "Upload Images" block. I've put in an image and have a URL included (making this into a button for my page, basically). But I can't find where I can set it to open the link in a new window. Definitely need to do that, and I'm sure I'm just missing it. Thanks!

I'm afraid, that is currently not something which can be done via this block. You're more than welcome to add this as a suggestion in our Feedback forum though.

Okay. Hmmmm . . .
What would the alternative be to get an image button that opens in a new tab? That seems like a pretty basic feature.

To clarify, internal links would open in the same tab/window. If you want this to behave differently, you would need to suggest this in the Feedback forum. Alternatively, if you know HTML, you could do that there as well in the WYSIWYG block by switching to source.
