Help with converter from vbulletin 3.8.x

I am trying to convert a vbulletin 3.8.x forum to the latest Invision board. When I go through the steps to configure the converter I am getting stuck on the final step. There are two fields that keep giving me an error... Path to emoticons and Path to Avatar Gallery Files. What am I supposed to be entering in there? Is this supposed to be a local directory or the directory path from the vbulletin site? Everything I've entered in there has given me an error saying "The path appears to be invalid."

Are the vBulletin files available on the server where Invision Community is installed? Unless they are on the same server, and in a folder the converter application can access, it won't work.

It should be the path of those vbulletin's directories.
