Where do I change the minimum criteria of the topic to get a star in the topic view?

Hello,

At some point, the topic gets a star. And some other topics always remain with circles, as in the picture I provided.

Is it configurable?

And that point is when 'you' post in it.

If you haven't posted in the topic, you see the circle.

If you have posted in the topic, you see the star.
