Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
.logiclion Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 I'm extremely new to IPS forum suit, it's a big change from mybb. However, I have cloud invision. I've purchased themes, plugins etc that I feel is great for my community. However, when logging in via mobile I get "The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information" The theme I am using, is the most up-to date according to the developers website, and I only have 1 other plugin from the marketplace (free). All are up to date. I've cleared the cache both my devices, and server but the error is still persistant. There is no errors as such in the admincp so I am kind of confused with how to fix, I know nothing about IPS files/folders etc, so rest assured there are no modifications to anything.
teraßyte Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 (edited) Does the error still appear if you switch to the default IPS theme and try to login? If no, the theme might have some kind of issue despite being "up-to-date". If yes, the problem might be a plugin. Try disabling all 3rd party modifications and try to login again. Marc Posted September 13, 2023 Posted September 13, 2023 The above would certainly be the first thing to try. Its very likely one of these causing you issues. Of course if you find this not to be the case, please let us know
