Problem with change of license (original self-hosted to yearly classic self-hosted)

Hello, 

I recently switched the self-hosted license to the "classic" self-hosted package (yearly plan) to have access to more features, such as the new spam prevention features announced here.

However, I am not quite familiar with the procedure. Do I need to re-download the whole package and upload it via FTP? Anything else? Please guide.
