How do I use the same theme from the marketplace and edited in two different version

Hello, I wanted to ask how do I use the theme into two seperate version, I do not know how to download and put it onto my website themes. I want to edit out the theme onto two different version but it seems like I could only installed up to one per website. Is there a way I can do that?
