I am currently editing an old style and am looking for custom notifications, as can be seen in the picture.
Which template do I find this block?

This is not something that is part of the core product. You would need to ask the person who owns the site in which  you took this screenshot from

You would need to check your 3rd party applications there, as this is not something within our core application
