Back and forth to BuddyBoss or BuddyPress

I'm looking for someone who may have experience going back and forth to BuddyPress or BuddyBoss from IPS. I'm primarily interested in migrating users and forum content. Passwords are not mission critical and might be the more difficult part anyway.

So two different needs, export from IPS to either BuddyPress or BuddyBoss and import back to IPS from the two.

If anyone has experience doing it, please feel free to PM me.
