Marc Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 You have quite a mix of permissions on files and folders there. This is causing issues with various javascript items loading on your site, so you need to resolve those first of all. The following folders should be writable applications datastore plugins uploads uploads/logs What that is will depend on your hosting company. A lot of files there tend to be set to 666 which is unusual. Generally they would be 644, but again it very much depends on your hosting
Muhammad Nadeem Posted August 15, 2023 Author Posted August 15, 2023 Can you kindly list down what permissions should be set on folders.

"logs" is not there. It seems working now. However, if another permissions are required do let me know.
Marc Posted August 15, 2023 Posted August 15, 2023 As I mentioned above, we are unable to tell you exactly what they should be. This is something only your hosting company can really tell you. If you do not have uploads/logs you need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, as you are missing things
