Nothing will happen when clicking to MANAGE BLOCKS.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

You have quite a mix of permissions on files and folders there. This is causing issues with various javascript items loading on your site, so you need to resolve those first of all. The following folders should be writable

applications
datastore
plugins
uploads
uploads/logs

What that is will depend on your hosting company.

A lot of files there tend to be set to 666 which is unusual. Generally they would be 644, but again it very much depends on your hosting

Can you kindly list down what permissions should be set on folders.

I have 755 permissions to the said folders. "logs" is not there.

It seems working now. However, if another permissions are required do let me know.

As I mentioned above, we are unable to tell you exactly what they should be. This is something only your hosting company can really tell you.

If you do not have uploads/logs you need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, as you are missing things
