What was the latest change done to the forum prior to this happening?

Can you overwrite your /forum/applications/core/modules/admin/support with the folder from the Ipb package, your version and see if the error will go away?

A suggestion, if I may, I noticed that you are running an older version of Ipb. It is best, security and bug wise to upgrade your forum to the latest version.

In the first instance, please upgrade to the latest. This will ensure your files are up to date in any case
