Gallery and Blog 3 dots comment issue

Hi all, 

when a member tries to press on the three dots of a comment in blog or gallery section the drop-down menu disappears (see the image below).

This doesn't happen in forum section (we are in 4.7.10)

First thing I notice there, is that it doesnt appear to be the default theme. Please check this on a default unaltered theme first of all. I am unable to replicate this on my end, albeit on 4.7.11, and can see no changes related to this in the latest release
