SMBiT Professionals Posted April 28, 2023 Author Share Posted April 28, 2023 Update: I don't believe the issue with digest is this error i'm seeing and is something else but i don't know why i am getting this MFA? issue when i don't have MFA enabled i also cannot uninstall applications. So may have a couple of things not right. Maybe your server was hacked, or some other script you use is injecting that code?  As a first step verify what the file in that include path contains.
