Custom login handler not deleting user that cancelled registration

I'm currently working on custom Login Handler and noticed that if i login using external login, it works fine but when i cancel registration member isn't being deleted 

This got me thinking, do i need a special code to verify if user cancelled registration or?

There’s a setting to delete “unfinished” registrations, if I’m not wrong. I don’t think it will delete it right away.

Incomplete members are removed by a task every hour
