Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Solution SeNioR- Posted March 13, 2023 Author Solution Posted March 13, 2023 It looks like a cache, because after 5 minutes the counter resets. Therefore, it is not a bug, although the counter could refresh immediately.
