rogerio tadeu junior Posted February 27, 2023 Posted February 27, 2023 Hi, We use cloud-hosted solution. And we just connect Invision with ActiveCampaing using Zapier. Everything is going well except for the custom field, arrive empty. In the image below it is possible to see that the information appears in the Test-trigger of the zappier It is possible to see that the information is pulled correctly on "Set up action" for ActiveCampaing. When we run zap test everything is going well. The real zaps also work, but show us Invision its nor really send de custom field information. We can see this on prints for the real zaps You can see the field go empy: As result, on the active campaing painel we see: The zap test shows the phone number (custom field) and the real zaps dont show the custom field. rogerio tadeu junior Posted June 6, 2023 Author Posted June 6, 2023 Hi @Marc Stridgen The team Invision tell us will implement this correction 3 versions before. My coleg contact Invision and they tell us to upgrade to 4.7.9. We are alredy on 4.7.10 and still not working. I belive that is relative simple and can help many clients to resolve many manually tasks. Working correctly will help us a lot and make more easy the process to grow our forum. Can you tell us when that will bem implemented?
