Forum doesnt open after manual upgrade

Hi, i needed to manually upgrade my forum, but after it doesn't open anymore.

I get the following error in my admin 

[[Template core/global/global/includeCSS is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

[[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

I cant get into my admin to go to support

It seems you applied the files but didn't run the upgrader. You will need to run the upgrader by going to /admin/upgrade
