Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
goofy166 Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 The reactions to the posts stopped working, even though they are active on the Admin CP. The only one that shows up is the "Like".
goofy166 Posted February 6, 2023 Author Posted February 6, 2023 The quote function stopped working, the link takes the user to the top of the page.
Jim M Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 You have a few Javascript issues on your community, this and your quotes topic are related so I'll merge those here in a second. Please try clearing your cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches. If after that you're still having an issue, please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
goofy166 Posted February 6, 2023 Author Posted February 6, 2023 Ok, I've updated the store access details, disabled every third party app and cleaned the system cache.
Jim M Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Please ensure that FTP access is updated as well. It does not appear to be valid.
goofy166 Posted February 6, 2023 Author Posted February 6, 2023 I've just updated the ftp details, it seems to work now. Thank you
Jim M Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Thank you, I have created a ticket on this so that we can further investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence from us.
goofy166 Posted February 15, 2023 Author Posted February 15, 2023 Could you please go over our forums and try to find a solution for the bugs I've reported above? It's been over a week and I get that you rolled back the forums version but it didn't fix the issue.
Solution Jim M Posted February 15, 2023 Solution Posted February 15, 2023 The solution which my colleague stated in your ticket would be you need to upgrade to 4.7.7. You have not done that yet so you would still indeed be seeing the same issue till you do. Please perform the upgrade and let us know how it goes.
goofy166 Posted February 15, 2023 Author Posted February 15, 2023 The upgrade solved the issues. Thank you 🙂
