How can I add a link to my current TOS on my forum?  This is the TOS that is part of the signup process.  What is the link to that page?

ACP > System > Settings > Terms & Policy Policy

Scroll down to "Registration Terms & Rules" section.  

The results end up at domain.com/terms and it gets populated automatically into the signup form.

You can then add this to your menu if you wanted to do so, in the manner described here
