Missing Text Field

Still working through a 4.7.2 upgrade sorry for the next few questions 🤣

Post upgrade the text field is collapsed, not just on the board, but in the admin cp as well. Wherever you should be able to type a text body, the field is collapsed and you can't type anything. Persistent issue on all skins. Anyone know a fix for this?
