Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Zephers Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 I have not used the site in a while but my users still did. I wanted to refresh the site and start using it again but when I logged in it had an upgrade it needed. I started the upgrade and now it has a 500 error and I cannot log into it. When I logged into the client area to put in a ticket it says thats not part of my subscription so I guess some things have changed (I autopay it). Appreciate guidance on how to get help and fix it - thanks!
