josephs8 Posted December 24, 2022 Posted December 24, 2022 When I try to access the Dashboard of the Admin CP it is timing out. I've checked my server logs and the only response I am getting is that the connection timed out. This happens after about 30 seconds. josephs8 Posted December 27, 2022 Author Posted December 27, 2022 @Jim M you mean allowing it to talk with the internet from the server? If thats the case no we have no restrictions on outgoing traffic from the server.
Jim M Posted December 27, 2022 Posted December 27, 2022 You would need to troubleshoot that with your hosting provider as there seems to be a connection timeout when making particular requests. This is beyond the capability of the software, I'm afraid.
